In this Cosmic Kids story, we have Twilight the Unicorn. She had a bad dream and now doesn't want to go back to sleep. We learn that it is important to have sleep, because it helps us be strong. We also need to know that no matter what our dreams are, good or bad, that we are safe.

Nice book for your little yoga lover.

It is basically a very (VERY) basic story, with pictures and yoga poses. All supposed to be carried out and completed before climbing peacefully into bed and calmly going to sleep. I'm afraid our routine is much more bath, teeth, story, then bed. All carried out at a reasonable pace and very effectively. This book takes far too long to carry out before bed and to be honest caused such hilarity that nobody was going to sleep anytime soon. My daughter decided to carry on trying to do yoga after I left her in bed and she fell out of bed. A trip to hospital later she went to sleep.
She still loves this book and thinks it is a great idea although she does admit that the story is rubbish.
I won't be handing this book on to her younger sister...

This yoga adventure would appeal to both boys and girls, but only unto the age of 9 or so...the content just doesn't 'age' well after that.
A super introduction to yoga and calming - recommended.
